Turkish Airlines, Air Peace Sign Deal to Boost Nigeria’s Global Connectivity
Turkish Airlines and Air Peace have signed a Bilateral Special Prorate Agreement (SPA) aimed at strengthening air connectivity between Nigeria, Africa, and international destinations.

The agreement will allow both airlines to expand their route networks through interline cooperation, enabling passengers to access a wider range of destinations using a single ticket across both carriers.
Officials say the partnership is expected to improve travel convenience, reduce transit complexities, and boost passenger traffic between Nigeria and key global hubs.
The deal also reflects growing collaboration between African carriers and major international airlines as they seek to expand market reach and competitiveness in the global aviation industry.
Industry analysts note that such agreements can enhance Nigeria’s position as a regional aviation hub while supporting trade, tourism, and business travel.
